For safety, a maximum temperature that the pot flask
(boiler) may reach is set. This is called the "Automatic Shutdown
Temperature". In the event that the pot flask (boiler) reaches this
temperature the equipment will be automatically shut down. This
gives extra safety against improper operation or accidents.
The M690 microprocessor allows the
"Automatic Shutdown Temperature" to be set for each solvent recycling
protocol. This allows maximum flexibility in optimizing each solvent
recycling protocol.
